Abstarct: In this thesis, intelligent control of the boundary laxyer is discussed using active methods and simultaneous suction and tailing techniques. Two types of airships have been built for testing in the miniature wind tunnel. Both airfoil belong to the four-digit Naka 0012 family. The first airfoil is made of Balsa wood and does not control the boundary laxyer on it, and the second one, which is also smart, has grooves on it that are responsible for blowing and suction on the surface of the airfoil. The intelligence of the airfoil is obtained by using a computer code. When the amount of air pressure placed in the miniature wind tunnel comes to less than 0.59, the blower pump automatically starts to suck and blow on the wing surface. In order to verify the information obtained from the micro-airfoil, results have been compared with the information of another article. The result of this comparison is reasonable. After designing and construction, the intended airfoil is placed in the miniature wind tunnel in the test room to check the aerodynamic forces. The results of the comparison of the smart airlifter and the simple airlifter show that the lift force in the smart airlifter using the suction and blowing technique at the same time at a flow rate of 0.04 cubic meters per minute increases between 16% to 18% and using the blowing technique at a flow rate of 0.1 cubic meters per minute. minutes, between 20% to 23% increase compared to the simple airfoil has been obtained.
